Buy Back Offer
Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions pertaining to the Buy-Back Guarantee offered by M & M Ag Sales:
Initiation of the buyback request must occur on the 14th day following the online purchase date, with the purchase date considered as day 0. The request must be submitted via email.
For a buyback request to be valid, the heavy equipment must be present on the Buyer’s property, and payment must be facilitated on that specific property.
The Buyer is prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to a third party after the online purchase date.
A 14-day period is necessary to confirm the Buyer’s eligibility for the buyback. An inspection, conducted and reviewed by the program administrator, verifies the current condition of the equipment at the time of purchase.
Valid conditions for a buyback request include the heavy equipment’s condition being the same or improved from the time of purchase, in accordance with the equipment detail page. The heavy equipment must also qualify for inspection based on M & M Ag Sales Terms & Conditions.
The Buy-Back Guarantee must be selected at the time of purchase; it cannot be added or removed post-selection. The refund period extends from 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer receives the transferable receipt from M & M Ag Sales confirming the buyback.
Following the buyback confirmation, the heavy equipment remains on the Buyer’s property until picked up by M & M Ag Sales within 7 working days. The Buyer is responsible for costs associated with the marketing process, including inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup.
All losses and expenses related to the heavy equipment during repurchase by M & M Ag Sales are borne by the Buyer. The equipment should not be used commercially and must be maintained in accordance with industrial standards.
Refunds will be issued to the original Buyer 24 to 48 hours after M & M Ag Sales confirms the buyback. M & M Ag Sales reserves the right to limit the number of items the Buyer intends to buy back.
